When it comes to cleaning playing cards, it is important to determine the material first. The ones that are easiest to clean are the ones that are plastic and ones which are metal. The key here is to clean a few at a time.
This way, you can keep track of which ones are already clean and which ones still need to be cleaned. A good orderly process is often needed when you’re trying to clean something like cards.
Rub Lightly
Get cotton balls that you wet slightly with some cool and clean water. You can even add a hint of soap if you like. From there, gently rub the wet and soapy cotton on the surface and the back of the card. Rubbing lightly is important so you won’t end up damaging the cards themselves.
Dry Thoroughly
Once you are done cleaning them up, it is important that you put them in a dry surface. Preferably, you should make use of a high absorbency towel that can help dry the cards immediately. Doing so will ensure that any moisture that is introduced to the cards is immediately taken away.
